      Pros

      Having worked for one of the three companies that formed Allyant, I have perspective from the past as well as where we are headed. Allyant is far stronger than the previous three companies and financially in a position to make a difference in the industry. Allyant is in a great position to continue to grow as accessibility continues to be a requirement for most organizations.

      Cons

      Growing pains from merging three companies is always a stressful process, but most of that has been accomplished and the company is becoming process driven as our sales and volumes increase.

      Pros

      You are involved in an Industry that is making a difference. However, you can do that with their many competitors

      Cons

      Leadership- If you want to call them that. They do not have a clear understanding of the industry. They say one thing and then do the complete opposite. Their only goal is to try to sell the combined company in a few years. Benefits are abysmal. They offer the bare minimum. Truly, they are only worried about trying to sell the company in a few years, so they offer next to nothing in terms of pay, no equity, etc.

      Work from home, flexibility, weekends off. Typical 9-5.

      Cons

      Their words mean nothing. Management will say one thing and do another. Unrealistic expectations from client relationships. All about their bottom dollar and satisfying investors. Company will spin and be sold for profit in the next 3-4 years. They’re in a hurry to gain market share and show ROI.
