Terrible management, unfair management, treat their employees poorly unless you know the top guy. No sense of guidance to employees, instructions change daily and some times you do not even know about it however you are responsible to know ( get some psychic powers!).

The only good thing about this company are the health benefits and 401k match.

Cons

I wish this space was larger; zero communication between departments, executives who do not deserve their positions, and retail branches who have no clue what the fundamentals of banking are. Human Resources is zero help, and seems to dismiss and not care what the employees have to say.
