Pros
One of the most frustrating aspects of this company is the unequal treatment between existing employees and new hires. Employees who have spent years building expertise, understanding the product end-to-end, and contributing to the company’s success are often paid significantly less than newly hired employees brought in for similar roles. Instead of rewarding loyalty, experience, and proven performance, management appears willing to offer higher salaries to attract new talent while neglecting the employees who have already demonstrated their value. This creates a sense of unfairness, lowers morale, and sends a clear message that long-term commitment is not appreciated. A company that fails to recognize and fairly compensate its experienced workforce risks losing valuable talent, institutional knowledge, and the trust of its employees. Fair pay and equal opportunities should apply to everyone, not just new hires.
