Pros

One of the most frustrating aspects of this company is the unequal treatment between existing employees and new hires. Employees who have spent years building expertise, understanding the product end-to-end, and contributing to the company’s success are often paid significantly less than newly hired employees brought in for similar roles. Instead of rewarding loyalty, experience, and proven performance, management appears willing to offer higher salaries to attract new talent while neglecting the employees who have already demonstrated their value. This creates a sense of unfairness, lowers morale, and sends a clear message that long-term commitment is not appreciated. A company that fails to recognize and fairly compensate its experienced workforce risks losing valuable talent, institutional knowledge, and the trust of its employees. Fair pay and equal opportunities should apply to everyone, not just new hires.

Cons

Don’t join the company as a fresher

Pros

- Smaller/nimble teams. Less hierarchy. - One of the few genuine product companies in Mangalore - Focused projects with generally clear work directions due to smaller hierarchy. - Young team, so the environment feels friendly and easy-going - Learning curve is good — you're encouraged to figure things out - Easy to build connections since the company isn’t very large.

Cons

- Because teams are small, workload can vary and occasionally feel heavy during deadlines - Limited formal training programs — most learning happens on the job. - Benefits and perks may not be as extensive as larger companies. - Growth may depend more on taking initiative rather than a structured promotion cycle.
