Pros
Some of the managers are really nice. Great work-life balance because your territory is not directly associated to the amount of effort you put in. You could put in all the effort in the world and your territory will not budge even by one script. Therefore, you can essentially work half days and no one can tell the difference. If you need a job use them for a paycheck while you keep looking
Cons
Pay is lower than industry standard, there goals is absolutely ridiculous so do not expect 100% commission. There were many quarters where 20% commission was normal across the nation. Benzodiazepines do not sell and that is your main product. Company has had layoffs and people are leaving like crazy. Next products coming out are not exciting and just as dangerous. They do not pay out PTO when you leave so make sure you use all of it before you put in your two weeks.
