Pros
Good benefits, dental, health, and vision.
Cons
Management unable to functionally communicate to one another. Instead of problem solving and helping staff learn their roles more they pile up work onto good employees causing them to burn out. You’re not allowed to cry. They expedite new procedures before it is fully thought through. Having to recall and have you redo a lot of work. They attempt to separate clinical and operations when the point of operations is to support clinical. This limits communication and causes confusion and frustration in the clinic. The only time they will consider a pay or role increase is when you put in your notice. Poor work life balance. Causes a lot of stress. Difficult to not think or worry about when you leave. **Huge security risk!** You work with parolee and probation clients. NO security on sight. Layout has your back to the clients when they enter. NO safety protocols in place. Higher ups care more of clinical s mental health and well being then operations. No staff room. You have to eat at your desk basically. Higher ups play ALOT of favoritism. Expect you to go above and beyond your role without compensation or acknowledgment.
