      Pros

      They offer good benefits, nice offices, causal environment and management doesn't breath down your back.

      Cons

      They make poor hiring, operation and business decisions. They offer new employees little or no training. They think "trail by error" is a business plan. Employees had no confidence in management. No appreciation or rewards for the people who actually do the work. Meanwhile the executives throw money around on themselves.

      Pros

      -18 days PTO -Management allows employees to leave early often and still pay them out for the day. -14-15 holidays -Company covers 100% premium on insurance. Insurance is good with a good deductible and out of pocket. -Management is for the most part relaxed. As long as you get your work done they leave you alone. -steady raises and bonus' every year.

      Cons

      -They don't address bad behavior from some employees. It brings down the team work ethic.
