Most people are great. They have a strong educational vision. They offer flexibility when comes to working hours or place. All in all, if they can help, they definitely will.

Cons

The overall system is unorganized which leads to major changes, which leads to an unstable work environment. There is no strict system to follow, things can be random. There is a huge gap between the top managements and the specialists.
