      Great projects in the financial market. But, no work life balance. Work flow is not organized. Very chaotic.

      Absolutely no work life balance. 5 weeks of lockdown and we are made to work extra long hours and during all weekends as well. The top management and the HR do not care about the employees. The HR promotes the employees to work on weekends. Especially during the lockdown period, when there are enough stressful things going on, the company shouldn't contribute anymore to their stress, but it seems like they're taking undue advantage of the lockdown and forcing employees to work round the clock with deadlines that surprisingly match the lockdown deadlines. They treat the employees like machines. It is an "emergency situation" for the company every week since they offered us to WFH. It's very hectic and stressful to work in such an environment. The employees or Managers never casually talk amongst eachother. The only conversation that happens, is about work. Don't trust the entire 'Job Description' mentioned in the requirements because most of the work you will end up doing will not be according to what is promised. The work is an absolute dead-end because an employee cannot learn anything with the kind of work that they're given here.

      Hello! Thank you for sharing your feedback. As you have mentioned, this extended work hours and weekend working is the result of an unfortunate lockdown situation. When you are working remotely, it takes more time than usual. We never promoted employees to work on weekends and extend the work hours. It is only when we have projects that have deadlines, we expect people responsible for the project to hold up to their position and fulfil the requirements of the project. Company is neither taking the undue advantage of the lockdown nor has any intention to disturb the work-life balance. Every employee who works on weekends, takes compensatory offs without fail.       No Work-life Balance

      Growing Company. Small team. Good learning. Decent package.

      Cons

      No-worklife balance, All Saturdays and Sundays they expect to work.Top management don't care about employees they says it's the new normal. During the lock down they are not worried about employees mental and physical health.Working hours are always more than 10-12 hours.

As a growing company, Employee well-being, and client servicing is of utmost importance to us. With regard to the extended working hours and working on weekends, when the project is going live and, it is expected from a person who holds the responsibility of the delivery to hold up to the position and do whatever is required to fulfill the demands at the crucial juncture. Undoubtedly, this pandemic situation has created a time of stress and uncertainty for everyone. We announced Work-from-home for all the employees well in advance even before the government enforced the lockdown. We have always advised employees not to work on weekends and complete the tasks within the 8 hours of work every day. But due to the nature of the current situation with the lockdown in effect, the process takes more time than usual. team coordination is a big challenge when you are working remotely. it is unavoidable to extend work hours and work on weekends. We believe that “exceeding expectations” is the new normal rather than extending the work on weekends. We regret the experience you may have had regarding the work culture.
