Worst Company of Kashmir. Toxic Work Culture. Poor Management & Egoistic Bunch running this Substandard Company.

The only pro here was the Sunday when we didn't have to show up at the office.

Honestly, this mediocre company is run by a shallow duo who think they have the power to dictate the lives of their employees. Management's conduct is extremely unethical and unprofessional. There was a great deal of nasty language used unnecessarily & and no work ethics at all. Employees are deemed as slaves, they snatch weekend holidays with zero appreciation for the work done overtime. They pay lesser than promised and no once can hold them accountable. Managers are bullies who use derogatory language towards their employees as they please. Working for such a toxic company was definitely a nightmare. For the love of God, run. Run away from the idea of joining this company. If people wish to maintain their mental well-being, I recommend them to never even think of applying in this low-grade Company. They will not only make you question your worth, but will also minimise your potential as much as they could so that you feel that you don't deserve anything better than what they have to offer.
