      Good place to learn a new skill, too perfectionist doctors with tight deadlines and low salary

      You can learn a lot about how to write a scientific medical articles with minimum supervision of editors and medical editors. If you have a desirable potential such as willingness to learn and meticoulous into detail, head of medical content division which have running by doctor, could put you in a core team to develop new product or media channel. Every wednesday morning, doctors would give you a crash course in Zoom about body organ function and healthy lifestyle.

      Cons

      1. Fast-pace environment, even too fast. 2. You have to write 18 medical articles per month with perfect medical content and less editing, both grammatical or medical. 3. If you can't meet tight deadlines, they'll push you to finish an article after office hour, even weekend on Saturday morning. 4. Low salary

      ross‑functional teammates are very supportive with healthy knowledge sharing and UX critiques. Collaboration with PMs/engineers runs smoothly, execution is fast, and the user impact is clear. Strong learning culture; peers are humble and open to feedback.

      Cons

      Management tends to micromanage with top‑down decisions, layered approvals, and low autonomy. Scope changes frequently, priorities shift, and too much time goes into reporting. Some design decisions get overridden without context, and deadlines can be unrealistic.
