9.No salary slips on time. Sometime you will get salary slip of 3 months at a time as a hard copy. No portal for salary slip and leave tracking.
10.Don't get leaves on time, even someone died in your family and you take urgent leave they keep calling you to join office.
11.For fresher every Saturday is working. Don't get any Complementary off even if you work on weekends. You need to beg for it. 100 rs night allowance even you work till 2 AM.
12.If you resign then your life is worst for those 2/3 months.
