Pros

The co workers are good but most have left. Good to learn about health-care but they blew many opportunities to keep excellent people.

Cons

There seems to be reasons why the CEO allows incompetence to continue throughout the organization but I can not figure out why. Maybe they are growing too fast in the Medicare field which they should either do it right or don't do it at all.

Pros

Nice offices. Salary is good.

Cons

Senior management is a viper-pit of backstabbers. Half the executive team doesn’t even live in state and has no idea about local values and culture. Everyone is high school mean and departments are pitted against each other.
