Pros

Not much pros unfortunately, maybe just to get some experience before you find work somewhere else.

Cons

This is a tech company that is managed like a very old school company, not in a good way. The CEO wants to make believe that it's a family just to get the best out of you, but really he doesn't care. A lot of hypocrisy and some dishonest business practices. The pay is ridiculous by Swiss standards.

Pros

The team is exceptional and talented, with a solidarity rarely seen in a workplace. It’s one of the few positive aspects of this experience.

Cons

- Disastrous management: The company is led by a leader with no strategy or long-term vision. Management operates through fear, with frequent threats and public humiliations. Decisions are made based on the leader’s mood, without any logic or coherence. - No room for growth or initiative: If you propose ideas or take initiatives, they’re either ignored or used against you. It’s impossible to move beyond the current framework, and any attempt at change or innovation is discouraged. - Toxic work environment: Constant pressure, humiliation, and manipulation are commonplace. There is no constructive communication, only a culture of fear. - Unrealistic and unclear goals: Objectives are set without any clear strategy and are based on unrealistic expectations, often dependent on the leader’s mood. There’s no consistency in short-, medium-, or long-term planning.

Pros

Being part of a team in the scale-up phase is both challenging and rewarding. There’s a lot of room to make an impact, and every project feels meaningful. We’re constantly refining priorities and optimizing workflows to drive growth, and while things move fast, the company provides a stable foundation with a clear vision. The team is supportive, and there’s a strong sense of collaboration to figure things out together.

Cons

Like any fast-growing company, things can get hectic, and priorities shift quickly. It requires adaptability and a problem-solving mindset, but if you thrive in a dynamic environment, it’s an exciting place to be.
