hiring and firing! People with no self esteem can stay as the MD will abuse you! The Admin team rules and there's a lady who is in a strange way 'close' to the MD. She will trash talk! You cannot take a day off! No one even goes for annual leave! Maximum 2-5 days!! MD talks dirty about women! Only wants to hire physically appealing women! One man show! MD has some issues!

1. There is no job security, One can be fired as early as one hour after joing the company. 2. They have very long working hours from 9:00AM to 8:00PM and some times till 10:00PM 3. They hold the passport of every employee (from Manager to Peon) the day one joins the company. If one needs the passport for any reason he/she has to submit it's ID (JAFZA ID or Emirates ID). ID will be given back once the employee surrander his passport to the company. 4. One has to behave like salves saying YES to everything. It doesn't matter it is your job or not. 5. Employees who are lucky enough to complete a month in Alokozay, never get their paycheck in time. 6. For girls, If you are beautiful having good figure you will be hired (for couple of days or months if you are lucky), your qualification or job related experience does NOT matter.
