Pros

Working with families and clients

Cons

Rude so called "supervisors," ridiculous drives, had to be available for ohine calls and texts even though I reminded them every time I am unavailable at certain times due to a second job, they still made me feel guilty for not answering emails and phone calls. Progress reports were a joke, I was given cases where families never answered the phone to schedule therapy and a progress report was due with no visits to base it off of. Went over almost 2 months without pay, because they have to bill and get paid from regional center first (should've seen that as a red flag). Was finally let go over the phone for no reason other than "this is not working out" I did nothing wrong I kept open communication with "supervisors" did reports, notes and did all my sessions. Ridiculous!

Pros

Pay is okay but honestly, not worth it.

Cons

Management writes their own reviews on here. Not a single positive review was posted on this company when I applied and all of sudden their is 6 new positive reviews. Fake!!Management makes promises and praise so much how they will always help you=lies! Expect you not to make a single mistake after they throw you into clients homes with no clue of how to do your job correctly with insufficient training. Then get mad because you made a mistake. Don’t bother applying. Save your time and money.

Pros

Flexible schedule, able to coordinate own schedule to limit drive time, plus drive time between sessions is paid at hourly rate. Ongoing training is provided and professional development is encouraged. Everyone is super friendly and accomodating. Great place to work at!!!

Cons

All positive. It's a very supporting work environment.
