      Pros

      Software product was very good and compared well against the competition. Staff was very nice.

      Cons

      Goals that were established at hire became a moving target. Very small staff with half the support and sales staff working remotely

      You are valued and appreciated. The support you get from your coworkers is amazing. Its a business run by good hearted people who truly care about the staff and the customers.

      Alora is a growing company with opportunities for self-development as well as opportunities to learn/try new approaches, tools, methods to meet our organizations goals.

      We are cautious which can cause us to be slower to move than we should sometimes. Of course hindsight is always clear!
