No life. Management doesn't listen to you. Leads and supervisors always looking to wash there hands and put blame on someone else.

Pay is above average for occupation. Co-workers were great. Benefits, 401k etc.

Cons

Family comes first when promotions are available. HR doesn't seem to work for the employees as I've seen in previous or current job.
