      Pros

      Love the culture and the people. Very supportive and always eager to help. Work life balance is a must thing here - (You would rarely see anyone work overtime). Diversified client base and engaging workspace

      Career path development and training opportunities may need to be more mature and developed.

      Pros

      Team/family focused. Driven to maintain a fun culture. Focused on providing great solutions, not just pretty pictures. Flat organizational structure that allows for great interactions with colleagues.

      Cons

      Typical growing pains that you would find in other agencies that are growing quickly. There may be some ghosts running around the main office... maybe.

      Pros

      This agency is amazing. The leaders actually care about all of the employees, which is rare for ad agencies. They also make a point to share information and are always actively pushing th agency forward. They also allow dogs in the office on Friday, plan fun happy hours and always have snacks. The agency has a strong future and still has a family feel with great work life balance.

      Cons

      Normal growing pains with a small agency getting bigger quickly, Some of the people who have been at the agency for a long time can be frustrating to work with since they're less excited for change and have less ambition. The benefits are also not terrible but not great.
