You get to use the gym and the pool

Cons

You never receive recognition. Supposedly management receives trainings for how to treat people like people, but it still doesn't happen. Expect absolutely no upward mobility unless you've known someone since you were a kid or you mom works here. You will never get a raise, and they will try to keep you at minimum wage for as long as possible.

- Customers are delightful and you are able to form real connections with them. - Working towards a positive mission. - Many employees have a true passion for their jobs.

Cons

- Benefits have been continually declining each year, and pay is stagnant for most. - A general lack of respect an appreciation for employees. - High level of turnover from the middle managers who tend to leave angry.
