      Great staff but devastating impact from takeover

      - staff involved with lookers are great (as they came in before takeover)

      Cons

      - the takeover has been the worst thing in the world and has affected every single department. Redundancies year after year and it looks like more are coming. - You will be treated like a number and you are only there to do the dirty work while the one's at the top get all the benefits.
