Pros
Everyday is something different. Always focused on long-term growth, and fun atmosphere. Management really cares about the team and shows all aspects of the business. A lot of people get caught up in thinking it's just sales, which it starts out with sales, but then they teach a lot more than that and really shows how the whole business operates.
Cons
It's not for everyone. It's only for people who really want to grow and are willing to put in the work to do so. Management helps with growth, but you have to be serious about wanting to learn.
