I believe the 5-star reviews here may not be entirely genuine, particularly the lengthy review written by the QA Analyst. Based on feedback from colleagues in the QA department, the work environment is far from ideal. There is a lack of fairness in task assignments, and upper management and leadership are not competent. Employees are burdened with an excessive amount of tasks, many of which seem irrelevant and do not contribute to the company's growth. Upper management is more focused on talking than taking meaningful action. They often fail to deliver on their promises, frequently stating one thing and then doing something completely different. Despite the company’s strong financial performance, there is little to no annual salary increase or bonus. The compensation does not keep pace with inflation, leaving employees feeling undervalued.
