Alpha Net is very supportive in getting you into your role and letting you do your thing. They trust you to handle your work without constant check-ins, but support is definitely there if something comes up.

Cons

A bit more engagement from the company would be nice at times. It does feel like you can be left to your work for a while without much updates from Alpha Net.

I work at the client site. My direct interactions with Alpha net are mostly through emails and have been pleasant so far and they are very responsive in emails.

Cons

I do not have any major complaints.
