      None that I can see.

      Cons

      The owner is the most unethical person I have ever worked with. I understand if you blow off this review as one disgruntled person, but if you do decide to give this company a chance, I hope you will take the advice to make the owner put all of his promises in writing.

      I've had an incredibly positive experience working at Alpha Omega so far and only have good things to say about it. Great culture and strong ethics in a growing team of uniquely talented individuals. I've thoroughly enjoyed all of the projects that have come my way and am constantly learning new things.

      Pros

      -Partners cannot say enough good things about AOA and how much they love working with the team! -Clients love working with AOA, which is *rare* in the agency world -Team culture is really solid. Leadership has done a fantastic job hiring great talent and selecting culture/position fits. -Agency works with really cool, disruptive brands. -Have really enjoy working with all of the leadership team and all have the companies and employees best interest always top of mind.
