      The founder is not friendly to employees

      - Payment industry has a high potential in Canada - Co-workers here are nice and friendly

      Cons

      - Salary reduction for any reason. Colleagues got punished just because they arrived office late for 2 minutes - The founder is rude and gets angry easily. When not in good mood, the founder just shout at employees, which caused employees to left - Poor management skill

      fun work with people and various field tasks

      Cons

      Management is not certain about what they are doing, what is proposed today may be reversed in the next few weeks. Also bad attitude and random salary deduction for absurd reasons. Pay is not reasonable, the bonus and monthly quote are very hard with the current market, they made it impossible for a person to stay long, to exhaust sales' personal connections.
