      They pay decent if you're willing to negotiate.

      Cons

      Morally bankrupt organization. If you've served as one of their consultants, you will have no problems. If you have not or did not go to a chapter where the current ED was involved, you will be miserable.

      Some really great women are involved at the local level.

      The women at the upper level have lost their way. They have morally bankrupt recruitment strategies that are simply outrageous.
