      Poor Management

      Pros

      They pay very well and offer great benefits for the entire company. The medical, dental and vision is paid for all employees but eventually this will go away. These are the only two pros of this company.

      Cons

      Beware! The CEO/President is a micro-manager and will be in your business. She does not want people to do their jobs but instead tries to tell them how to do theirs. Do not trust anyone there as they will turn on you to protect their jobs! Again, beware who you speak to about anything because they will let the CEO/President know and it will jeopardize your job. Very high turnover for such a small company!!!

      Pros

      The priority is fund raising for Relay for Life. Go to a baseball game one day a year during work hours. Christmas party. If you know how to be a yes man and are unqualified for the position by all means apply. Make sure to tell Management how wonderful they are and you can go far.

      Cons

      Bad quality, Late deliveries. Priority is not the product, much more important to raise money for Relay. Don't bring bad news to management just play ignorant and hope no one notices. Reactionary management with very short memories.

      Great Employees poor Management

      Pros

      The company offers a flexible schedule. The owners allow the dogs to roam the office which offers moral support to the staff.

      Cons

      There is zero personal growth potential. The CEO & CTO roll into the office around lunch time then hide behind closed doors. What does a closed office door mean? It can mean so many things but in this case it was disdain. This behavior created a very hostile working environment to the point where we witnessed the CTO in some unprofessional behavior.
