      Toxic culture with high turnover and poor management

      Not many. The CEO might let you go home early on the odd occasion he’s feeling nice and some people can be friendly but other than that nothing!

      Awful culture. You sit downstairs and can hear the CEO shouting and swearing at employees in his office. Extremely high turnover. Expected to do tasks nothing to do with your job role and get shouted at if not completed properly. Changed working hours slightly to avoid giving staff pay rises where due

      none not worth the hassle

      Cons

      Worst place to work, schools are shackled by there obsession with profit. The in office team is incapable and they never support schools. Senior staff are all yes men. Did not pay pension or wages on time. Wages are way below acceptable in schools and they employe literally anyone.
