Great experience but not with this organization

Pros
Traveling across the country. Meeting with members at different chapters and working with them. The ability to learn so much in a short amount of time.
Cons
No personal support whatsoever. I never felt like I could go to my coworkers or management when I was personally struggling with the position. The pay is also not great for this position. It's not expected to be fantastic but compared to other organizations this one doesn't pay their educational consultants like they should
