Flexible schedule, employees outside of senior management and family are loyal to each other.
Cons
Nepotism is very present. Owner has inappropriate relationships with female office staff and doesn’t try to hide it. A lot of lip service given to “company culture” but not much behind it.
Drivers can't have opinions. Managers are disconnected from reality of the drivers, either inexperienced or haven't been on a truck in years. Owner has an eye (or 2) for office managers.
