      VERY LOW COMPANY MORALE.

      Pros

      The pay. Some people at the company have been there a long time and are usually nice.

      Cons

      Management needs to listen to the employees. Every department is shorthanded and overwhelmed. Per the company meetings the company is doing exceptionally well yet no money is being invested back into hiring. The company as a whole can improve the way they treat their employees. The morale of all the employees is on the ground.

      Some areas are understaffed making it tough to complete all tasks at the level I would prefer.
