- The people in this company are excellent, they are engaged, responsible and willing to give it all - A yearly bonus based on performance
Cons
- Bad employee retention policy: They won’t do much to retain an employee, even if it’s a key one or if a bunch are leaving at a time - No other mayor benefits aside from the yearly bonus. Though, they’re just starting to roll out some other benefits. - Management feels disorganized and too reactive.
