      Great place to work, great team of people!

      Pros

      Everyone is approachable and friendly. The atmosphere is always vibrant and everyone is easy to get along with. There are always things going on, there is never a dull moment in the office. Have only been with the company for a short amount of time, but so far have really enjoyed. I was welcomed with open arms and everyone is very accommodating, and willing to answer any questions. Having a small team is good because it means that everybody has time for everybody, so no one is ever left out of the loop. A very inclusive place to work.

      Cons

      Rural location - can be hard to get to if you don't have access to own vehicle.

      Long standing agency with strong family values

      Pros

      High spec staff hardware is supplied, often leading Apple or Dell hardware. Well furnished, spacious modern offices. Long standing, friendly core team. Strong opportunities for career advancement. Generous flexitime/work from home arrangements.

      Cons

      Wide range of client budgets can make some deadlines tighter than others. Rural location can be difficult to travel in extreme weather (heavy rain, snow)

      Thanks for your great comments, much appreciated! This is what we have been aiming for and it's great to see that it's working. You've reminded me that we need to start thinking about replacing the Apples/Dells soon.
