LThe only positive aspect was the exposure to different tasks and operations, which gave me some hands-on experience. It also taught me resilience and made me more aware of the kind of work culture I want to avoid in the future.

Cons

The CEO micromanages everything and creates a culture of fear that leaves employees anxious and undervalued. Leadership shows little trust in staff, which makes it difficult to lead effectively or feel supported. The environment often caused stress and burnout, and instead of empowering people, it drained them both mentally and emotionally.

I can't think of one.

Cons

Very unstable. Owner/president is a micro manager. There are no SOPs to provide linear processes. There is a lack of control in the finance department as the president constantly changes systems in place.
