      Home health caseloads come and go no matter what company you work for - it's just part of it.

      ATS is great. Home health agencies are not

      Flexibility, responsive and direct communication with leadership, opportunities for management experience

      Cons

      A lot of the agencies ATS contracts with are poor at communicating which makes the job difficult occassionally. Insurance can often times be strict, effecting how much you can see patients.
