      Pros

      The only pro for this company is they have excellent health benefits which is great as you will need to use them for medical issues from stress

      Cons

      Alps Electric is a negative hostile environment. The management does not support their employees nor do they consider them valuable. Alps Electric has a huge issue with keeping their employees.

      Pros

      You can get involved in any aspect of the company easily and with just about any department. (Tooling, Molding, SMT, Design, Mfg, Purchasing, Quality,) This is very beneficial if you are just starting your career.

      Cons

      Compensations is very low unless your coming in as a experienced professional and from another company that already is paying you high dollar. If this is your 1st company there is a rude awaking of hitting the ceiling after the 1st year. Look forward to 3% raises a year and that is it. Also bonus pay out very sketchy management sets unrealistic targets making it impossible to reach meaning NO bonus (profit sharing) yet, the mother company in Japan reports massive profit and gets all the goodies.
