Pros
Experience in working in a residential facility with various co-occuring disorders present within the client base helps growth with lesser experienced clinicians.
Cons
Work load. Leadership. Business imperatives and direction. More concerned with marketing and recruitment than client care. Culture leans toward appeal to upper middle class white women. This company fails to keep clients and staff safe. Transparency is a bad word. Leaders are more consumed with their own aspirations and ambition than developing the staff..much of which is highly inexperienced. There is a reason they have been hit with the litany of litigation. They will throw their own under the bus to save the brand. Work/life balance is aweful. Carrer opportunities receive 3 stars due to the revolving door of employees; one can go from Direct Care to a managerial position in 2 yrs....sadly enough.
