      Company has good success story but seems to lost its way over years

      Cons

      Outdated IT Systems along with inexperienced and unorganised IT Management Multi million dollar company but IT still running on ancient infrastructure. No clear direction and processes in place IT Staff has no motivation, ZERO professionalism.
