No real structure or strategy from a sales perspective. You are assigned a territory that has been burned out by the previous sales consultant before you. Keep in mind that 98% of the sales consultants don't make it a year, and these are their statistics. Churn and burn...you may get lucky and catch a big sale that will keep you around for another 3 months, if not, you will be put on a PIP with ridiculous expectations.
