Management lacks work ethics. Management expects you to take upon various tasks from different departments, while paying a low salary wage. Do not work here, as their has been ten employees who have resigned due to the same situation.

- You will work more than your job description and will not be recognized or paid for it. Don't think you will "wow" anyone if you are a driven career person. - Strangely "clicky". To many, this is their life and has been, so don't expect to be included or feel comfortable. - There are a lot of unusual "relationships" on the farm. The family is a front for money gain on having a female owned farm, you will see that there is now wholesome farm feel to any of it.
