Based on your profile/employment length, we understand that you were part of AltSource quite some time ago, and you'll be happy to know that we've made great strides to improve in many key areas over the past 8 months as we've rebuilt the company post-acquisition. In response to some of your "cons," we have regularly received feedback that our compensation is competitive and above market in many instances, with regular and generous annual review increases for high-performing employees. We're unsure of what benefits disappeared during your time, as our benefit offering has remained very rich with minimal changes over the past several years. We wish you the best in your ability to move on and find fulfillment, and we hope you've found a company that can make you feel valued through its free food offerings to you in ways that we were unable to.
