It's a good team that genuinely try to make the best out of their situation.
Cons
No resources, no benefits, absolutely no help from management. Sell you a dream and offer a balanced pay structure and then strip all of that after a couple weeks

Its very diverse. Sadly thats about it. Unless you consider wasting your time a pro.
Cons
The real job description: Go to a mall or public area and try to get people to sign up for a cable company. They waste your time with a lot of razzle dazzle and throw fancy words and high figures at you like "Promotional manager" or you can make 150K a year but all not true. They 'train' you at $500 a week and thats it. The hiring process is deceiving to make you think you are a selected few picked but the reality is everyone makes it in and they can't even get that right as three Zoom interviews failed on their part that had to be rescheduled. Very young kids mislead in believing this is for real and used by this company to create a revolving door of hires.
