The Altadena Community is a good community to work with. There are several employees at the library who made being there great.
Cons
Unfortunately, it was not always a place that treated everyone equally. There was a lot of petty behavior and even outright discrimination from people who felt protected by management, and no real effort to make all employees feel safe, valued, and heard.
