Poor management, low pay, high expectations, no progress
Pros
-Some of the research projects are interesting. -Flexible hours but very demanding. Get it done at any cost.
Cons
-It's very flat and lean which means there is no support what so ever and the company is very cheap. They make millions a year but is avoiding taxes in France and pay staff very little. -Arrive and work in the country offices with no information and no proper working visa. They expect you to work on a tourist visa for months. -Management is very sneaky. They like to hire fresh graduates with no experience so that they can take advantage of their lack of experience - get lots of work for low pay and little talk back and challenge. -No room for advancement, no professional development, no training, no growth. -Rude and disrespectful comments from management. -Office culture in Nairobi is awful and not welcoming. -Partner of the company pretends to listen and care, is extremely egoistical, likes to hear himself talk but nothing will happen; he takes no action nor does he make any changes.
