Learn from the best service practices, amazing food, passionate employees that have cultivated a family-like atmosphere

Cons

Does not pay fairly. Works employees to the bone for minimum wage, sexual harassment runs rampant and HR punishes whistle blowers, management is unprofessional (they've knowingly written fake reviews on this site), benefits are substandard,

There is a disconnect with owner and managers in NJ branches. They are more involved with NY, which can be good at some times but overall detrimental to the success of the NJ locations.
