Complete disregard for experience. Terrible management of new acquisitions. Blames formerly successful company for losses instead of listening to why their changes created losses. Creating an environment that drives customers away. Removes key employees to replace with AI. Fires employees who have work diligently there for years. Expects a team of "yes men" incapable of criticism and questioning. Expects employees to go above and beyond with no additional compensation. Takes away family environment to replace with corporate strategies, no bonuses, no holiday parties, no additional incentive beyond mediocre pay (all of which we had before and we had growth annually).
