Pros

There are no good pros - work your butt off in busy season usually get laid off at end of season. Upper management sucks and turn over at all levels is terrible - what does that tell you. You can not even trust H.R. at any level. No appreciation for hard work done. At the risk of just sounding like a disgruntled employee, it is the best thing that ever happened to me to be gone from there. Please do yourself a favor and do not consider employment here. As a manager/assistant manager you have no say over your shop - it is always what they tell you to do- right or wrong. Keep looking you will find an employer that will appreciate your skills.

Cons

Well I think the lack of pros answers this question - don’t waste your time only to be a pawn of deceit.

The hourly pay is adequate at best. 4 day work week.

Cons

Extremely long hours. No benefits. 30 min break deducted from pay even if there's no time to take it. Services a home improvement customer that disrespectful and unprofessional.

We do not condone or tolerate disrespectful or unprofessional behavior and fully investigate and take action to rectify this where substantiated. Pros

The only good thing I experienced while working here was thank God it wasn't peak season!

Cons

I've never in my life worked for a company that cared so little for their employees!!!! When you get hurt they act like they could care less! They expect you to work like a dog but they don't supply enough tools. Half the time you can't even complete a job because you're having to share tools. They have 2 computers for all the techs but 1 of them is usually down. Management thinks it's a joke when you ask for more tools or other things you need to perform your job.
