Pros
Nothing at all other than there’s a few good people who work there
Cons
Bare minimum holiday schedule Overpriced benefits Upper management is heavily Republican and doesn’t hesitate to make sure you know that (especially during COVID with their anti-mask anti-vax sentiments). Software is extremely outdated, toxic management, company works like it’s the 90s. Benefits are also minimal and pay is beyond lower than market levels with little to no opportunity for raises.
