Pros

Company is good, small company that does what they can to give the employees a good place to work. Open door policy with the COO, which is nice. Has all the pros of a smaller family owned company. Was happy there, but outside sales is extremely hard

Small business so limited budget, highly competitive industry

Great company that cared for it's employees. Many company social events that created good morale.

No real Cons other than there could have been some sales specialists created to target certain vertical markets.

It's a nice facility, but they only bought it to inflate the value of the company before the owner retires and sells it to a larger company
