My time at Alter Solutions was marred by constant disappointment, a lack of support, and an unexpected termination without any reasonable explanation. To my utter dismay, after just one month of employment, I received an unexpected termination notice without any prior warning or justification. This sudden dismissal left me shocked and perplexed, as I had received no feedback or performance evaluations indicating any issues. Moreover, the lack of support during this challenging time was disheartening and unprofessional. Throughout my tenure at Alter Solutions Portugal, I witnessed a severe lack of professionalism and integrity. The absence of a project assignment and the subsequent lack of guidance made it impossible for me to contribute effectively or showcase my skills, coupled with the sudden termination without support or proper explanation, demonstrated a complete disregard for their employees' well-being and career development. Furthermore, it is important to highlight that Alter Solutions Portugal falsely claimed that finding a project within the country would be easy. This misleading statement created a false sense of security for employees like myself who relocated to Portugal with the expectation of a smooth transition. However, the reality was far from what was promised. Considering my experience, I strongly advise anyone contemplating employment with Alter Solutions Portugal to proceed with caution. The company's lack of transparency, support, and job security make it an unappealing and unstable work environment. Please think twice before accepting an opportunity with Alter Solutions Portugal, as my experience was nothing short of a disheartening ordeal. Based on my time with the company, I firmly discourage pursuing an opportunity with them, as it proved to be a distressing experience and a complete waste of my professional skills and aspirations.

Highly irresponsible company, I was living in another country when they hired me, they said they would give me all the support for my move to Portugal, but in reality they only did the minimum and only because I insisted a lot, they didn't offer any support for me and still fired me for no reason. Later I found out that they also fired several employees who had just moved, so they took several people out of their countries to move to Portugal and fired them with one month notice and still lied to the employees saying they wouldn't take a person out of the country to fire them, but that's exactly what they did, a terrible company to work for.
